Thank you for purchasing from JBaker Pictures.

Each print is carefully produced, packaged, and shipped to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Processing Times

  • All prints are made to order. Please allow 10 days for production before shipping.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

  • Any delays expected and you’ll be notified immediately.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • UK & Domestic Orders: 7-10 business days] after dispatch.

    • International Orders: 5-15 business days after dispatch (times may vary by destination).

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or courier service disruptions.

 

Packaging

  • Prints are shipped in protective tubes or flat, reinforced packaging (depending on size and finish) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Framed prints are securely packaged with padding and protective wrapping.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • JBaker Pictures is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order.

  • All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages & Issues

  • We take great care in packaging artwork, but if your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund (depending on the situation).

  • JBaker Pictures is not responsible for lost packages once handed to the courier, but we will assist you in filing a claim where possible.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of fine art prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

At JBaker Pictures, each artwork is produced to order with the utmost care and attention. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within [X days] of delivery.

  • To help us process your claim quickly, include:

    • Photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

    • Your order number and contact details.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement print at no additional cost.

 

Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within [X days] of receiving your order.

  • We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement to you.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • All prints are made to order and therefore non-refundable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind.

    • Incorrect size or format chosen at checkout.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided.

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

 

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
